Regular visits will be made to your property to ensure everything is in order, including checking for any gas, electric, water left turned on after your or your client's departure.If you have an alarm system we will be in direct contact with the alarm company in order that they may inform us immediately of any problem.On the day of your or your client's departure there will be a thorough check on your property to ensure no windows, doors, etc are left unsecured or any facilities left switched on.
